Professorship for Banking and Financial Market Law
The chair, led by Prof. Dr. Bernhard Burtscher, positions itself as a leading research institution in financial market law in the region. It is dedicated to banking and financial market law in its entirety, from private banking to commercial banking and from banking law to capital market law to insurance law. Both regulatory and private law issues and their intersections are addressed. The research focuses on the financial centre of Liechtenstein and the national as well as European (EEA law) framework conditions for domestic financial market actors.
